107 degrees

with a heat index of 111!! my car temp read 114 when we left the pool today. that, my friends, is insane heat. people are dying due to exposure...reported last night on the news.
there will be no more outdoor running until it cools off a bit.
i'm thinking salad and fruit for dinner tonight...and maybe a nice cold beer.
