i just don't have time for you
haven't you heard?
it is officially the holiday season
travel plans have all been made
thankgiving turkey is in the freezer
awaiting his debut
pecans are on the counter
preparing to be pie
pumpkin cheesecake
cornbread dressing
mashed potatoes
hot fresh bread
friends and family all together
christmas lights are laying ready
we'll turn them on as soon as
the all the turkey is gone
santa's list is being checked
pine cone wreaths
bows of holly
bottles of Reisling
smells of sweet things
oh i just can't wait!
